Do I need a paid Lazy Ads subscription to be an affiliate?
No. Joining the affiliate program is free and does not require a subscription or any ad-platform connection. Create an affiliate account, accept the program terms, and your referral link is ready immediately. If you later want to run your own ads with Lazy Ads, you can complete the product setup from your dashboard at any time.

How long does the referral cookie last?
90 days. When someone clicks your link, a first-touch cookie is stored for 90 days. If they create an account any time in that window, the referral is credited to you, even if they come back later without your link.
When and how do I get paid?
A commission is created each time a referred customer's invoice is paid. It is held for 30 days to cover refunds, then becomes available to withdraw. Once your available balance reaches $50, request a payout from your dashboard and Stripe transfers it to the bank account you connected. Stripe payouts are available in 23 countries.
How do I track clicks, signups, and earnings?
Your affiliate dashboard shows link clicks, signups, which referrals have paid, the plan tier each one is on, your commission balance, held commissions, and full payout history. For privacy, referred customers are shown by plan and status only, never by name or email.
What if a referral upgrades, downgrades, or cancels?
Commission follows what they actually pay. Upgrade from Starter to Scale and your 25% is calculated on the higher invoice. If they cancel, commissions stop. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is reversed.
Are there rules on how I can promote Lazy Ads?
Yes. You may not bid on "Lazy Ads" brand keywords in paid search without written permission, use cookie stuffing, bots, or prohibited incentives, present yourself as a Lazy Ads employee, or refer yourself. You must follow FTC endorsement disclosure rules. Honest reviews, tutorials, comparisons, newsletters, videos, and word of mouth are all encouraged. How are taxes handled?
Affiliates are independent contractors. Stripe Connect collects your identity and tax information (W-9 or W-8) when you connect a payout account. For US payees, Stripe issues 1099-NEC forms when annual commissions meet the IRS reporting threshold.
